My Story
Noor Albouriny is a traveler of hearts and lands. He has traveled to nearly every corner of the planet—from Malaysian mosques to the chapels of Athens, from São Paulo’s street festivals to tsunami-stricken Colombo—meeting people in their environments, listening to their stories, and learning the silent languages of dignity and care.
With over 20 years of experience in customer service, representing one of the fastest-growing airlines in the Middle East, he has worked with more than 120 nationalities, leading diverse teams and delivering excellence across cultures. His professional journey, deeply rooted in empathy, has always centered around honoring people’s voices and their silences.
He spent over a decade contributing to Emirates Aviation College and later served in a corporate HR consultancy role, guiding organizations through recruitment, development, and human-centered transformation. At the heart of his work is a belief that care, when offered sincerely, is a revolutionary act.
